Reading DLO: The life of Archibald Baxter

For these past 3 weeks, Room 1 was asked to create a DLO (Digital learning object) on their chosen topic. The topics we had to choose from were, the life of of Archibald Baxter, immigrants & asylum seekers and stand up New Zealand (protesting). The topic I chose to research about was 'the life of Archibald Baxter'. I presented my work using Prezi, and got my information from resources such as google, YouTube clips, and stories from the School Journal.

Sphynx pig: Hybrid Animal

This hybrid animal has pointy pricked ears and has a thick whip like tail. It has a snout like a
pig and is hairless like a sphynx cat. It is very flabby and has wrinkled skin folds all over.
It’s pink paws and claws are sharp as a knife. This hybrid is very skinny and boney, and it’s
face resembles a pig. If you were to touch this mysterious creature, it would feel warm,
smooth and possibly bumpy.
