As Gregory goes back to school from his big holiday are people still going to bully him of what happened last holidays?. If you haven’t read the first book then this is what happened to gregory last holiday. Greg (Gregory) and his family went to church. Before they went in gregory was wearing a jumper around his waist and then when he was getting out of the car he fell onto the grass. Then mud got stained on his butt (pants). His jumper also got ripped. And then there comes Rodrick,, Gregory’s brother. Greg and Rodrick always fights and they never get along. Rodrick would always try to get revenge on greg so this is how he did it. After when gregory fell they went inside the church and Rodrick stepped on his jumper on purpose and the his jumper fell to the ground. Everyone could see the stain that was on Greg’s pants but instead of them thinking it was mud, they thought it was poo!!. So that's how his holiday ended. When he went back to school everyone was making fun of him and teasing him. Was it because of what happened during the holidays?. NO!!!, It was because of the Moldy cheese. At school last year there was something called the Moldy cheese, It was known that if you touch it, it will stay on your hands forever. And guess who touched it?. Gregory!!!, and so now everyone makes fun of him and teases him because he touched it. But luckily Gregory has a friend who will stand by him always. And his name is Rowley. Then later in the book, Greg’s old friend comes back from vacation. Him and his friend used to go to school together and kindergarten. They were very good friends until he went to vacation. And now he is back!!!. But, will Rowley ever find out that is Gregory’s old friend?
I recommend this book for ages 9 and over because it is very interesting and it has some hard words in it. I also recommend this book for people who love reading diary of a wimpy kid books.
I rate this book a 10 out of 10 because it was very fascinating and because it is a very catching book. Also because the endings are great and there is a trilogy of it. Now I can’t wait to see Number £!!!.

My evaluation for the year
Evaluation for the year’s work—view and look at Term 1, 2, 3, 4 work in Reading, Inquiry (Science. Social studies, Health and Technology)
What did I learn? I learnt about marbles in Science, Maths and Technology. I learned this in Term 2.
Why were you learning it?
I was learning about marbles because we (my group) wanted to know how far it can roll for how many seconds, how many different marbles are there and many more.
How is that learning going to help you?
It will help me because I never knew anything about marbles and when we studied about it, it helped in knowing the different types,speed and features. These are the things that I never really looked into deeper and now I know all about them.
What am I pleased about?
I am pleased about my work. I am pleased about my work because I worked hard on it and I put a lot of effort. I am proud of what I have done because to do my work I study. I study hard to achieve my goals and now I have.
Who helped you in your learning?
The people who has helped me in my learning is my family. My family has been supporting me all the time and they also support me in my learning. They teach me new stuff and what is really important in life. One person that I look up to is my grandma. My grandma teaches me how to respect others and how to be a better person. I find my grandma very inspiring and she is my inspiration. I also look up to her because she helps me in my learning and supports me. Mrs Cochrane also helps in my learning by showing me new things and helping me in art.
What do I need help with?
I need help in Math. I need help in Math because I am falling behind and struggling. Other people are ahead of me and I am ahead of other people but I still need help. I know my times tables and decimals and all that stuff but need help on algebra and new things as well.
What do I want to learn next time?
Next time I want to learn about life. What are some things in life that we have to face and how to deal with it. I find life very important because it's something we need to use wisely. I also find life inspiring because it teaches me how to use it and how to deal with big problems.
With digital learning-
What are the interesting things you have learned in digital learning?
I have learnt new apps on my chromebook. I have also learnt how to use them. I like using different apps because it’s not always good to use the same apps like google docs. It’s nice to have an app that you can present your work in. And the best thing about using apps is that, it can be anything you like. You can be really creative in doing it. It’s like getting some paint and painting any wall you want.
How is that going to help you in your further learning?
It is going to help me in my learning because I can present my work in different applications. And also because if I get taught I new app that is relating to my learning because I am using it.
What are the things I think I need to learn more in digital learning?
I need to learn how to use some new apps. I need to learn how to use them so that I can present my work with it.
What do I want to learn next time?
I want to learn new apps. I want to learn new apps so that I will have lots of applications to use when presenting my work. I will also need to know how to use it.

Jesse Tree week 3
We are learning about the events and prophecies of the Jesse tree. We looked it up in a website and in groups we are understanding and knowing the meaning of the prophecy and its connection to the coming of Jesus. Getting them from the website helped us understanding the meaning of Advent and Jesus second coming, as we prepare and stay focus on his messages.

When he meets with the king, Ahab called Elijah the “troubler of Israel.” Elijah responds by challenging the priests of Baal and Asherah to a contest with the God of Israel.

After persuading the king to let him return to Judah, Nehemiah was named governor and given permission to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. When he arrived in Jerusalem, Nehemiah rallied the people and rebuilt or restored the walls in fifty-two days. However, he realized that the people were spiritually lax and must also be rebuilt. Ezra read the Law to the people and helped them understand its demands.

Jesus had immense respect for John the Baptist saying, “among those born of women no one has arisen greater than John the Baptist” (Matthew 11:11). John was called by God to be a prophet and prepared himself to follow this call. Dedication to a goal means some reevaluation of priorities. John apparently wanted to be free of any obligations except getting ready to proclaim the coming of the Messiah. He wanted people to know that the time for the Messiah to come was near. This meant that their priorities in life needed to be reconsidered. When we realize that we are being called to a new life in Christ, we have to consider what sacrifices we are going to be called to make to change our lives. While we will not be called to the extremes that John the Baptist was, we also need to recognize that life has to be different if we are going to be faithful

Friendship
Qualities of a good friend-
Honesty: Always be truthful in every way. Never ever tell lies because when you do your friendship will just break up and you might not even have any friends.
There skin colour:
Never tease them about their skin colour. Don’t say “you're black or you’re white”. Why?, because that is hurting there feelings and it is a very mean thing to say to others. It is also called being racist.
Fairness:
Always be fair to your friends in games. Don’t cheat and when your friends win don’t get mad and say “We are not friends because you won and I lost”. Just congratulate them and keep on playing.
Patience:
Always be patient to your friends. Take turns and don’t push in line. Wait for your turn and don’t blackmail others just to get in front of them.
Blackmailing:
If you and your friend ended your friendship don’t go blackmailing other people to be your friend. Because if your blackmailing other people it is very mean and bad. Also because it makes you a bad person. Another thing is, your blackmailing someone that you don’t even know.
