Answer- Fact because it is the fastest animal.

Answer- Fact because he always wins 30.4 per game.
3- George washington was the first president of the united states under the constitution
Answer- Fact because he was the first president of the united states.
4- The ugliest creature is the manatee
Answer- Opinion because ugly is in the eye of the beholder.

Answer- Fact because he has scored 30.4 points per game.
6- There seems to be too much standardized testing in public schools
Answer- Fact because I have heard many schools have been tested.
7-Prison is one of the worst places on the planet
Answer- Opinion because if you go there alot then it will be the worst places for you.
8-It is wrong for people under the age of 21 to drink alcohol?
Answer- Opinion because in the muslim state outlaw till that appropriate age.
9- Sister carrie was written by Theodore Deiser
Answer- Fact because she wrote the book.
10- Lord of the rings: return of the king won eleven oscars(academy awards)
Answers- Fact because it had the best pictures and it was nominated.
11- Oranges contain both calcium and vitamin C
Answer- Fact because it only has 5 % of calcium and the peel of the orange has a lot of vitamin c.
12- The television show the simpsons is just not as funny as it used to be
Answer- Fact because it shows inappropriate things and it is not funny at all.
13- Diamonds are the hardest substance on earth
Answer- Fact because the diamond is much greater than any natural process.
14- Mcdonalds sells more hamburgers than any other restaurant chain in the world
Answer- Opinion because in the Philippines Mcdonalds is a restaurant.
15- Horse manure smells awful
Answer- Fact because horse manure is poo.
16- The price of gas has grown to become too expensive
Answer- Fact because in 1974 it was 53 cents and now it is about 40,50 or 60 dollars.
17- KFC has engineered chickens that do not have beaks and are double breasted
Answer- Fact because in the chicken there are no beaks.
18- The more money someone has the more successful they are
Answer- Opinion because when they have lots of money they think about spending it all that they don’t even realise that they have no money left.
19- Vegetarians are healthier than people who eat meat

Answer- Fact because a mobile phone has a strong correlation between the two.

Answer- Opinion because the teachers have much harder thing than the students.

Answer- Opinion because there are much more cool music now and most of them was really old songs.
23- It is illegal to yell fire in a crowded movie theater
Answer- Opinion because if no one gets out then everything is going to catch on fire and maybe even them.
24- People should not be allowed to talk on cell phones in a movie theater
Answer- Fact because if you talk on your cell phone then you will get kicked out and it will distract other people when they're watching a movie.
25- Drug dealers belong in prison?
Answer- Fact because they put an effect on our environment and they could even sell it to kids that will affect them more.
